A few times each year, the entire estate becomes yours — the lakeside lawn for up to 100 guests, or the glass-walled Lighthouse Room for 50. Ceremony on the granite terraces, golden hour over the water, and a story your guests will never stop telling.
Intimate Ceremonies

Two hours on the grounds for vows, a proposal at the gazebo, or a portrait session against hand-laid stone and blue water. Simple, quiet, unforgettable.
Dinner at the Castle
Members only · 2–12 guests
A turnkey evening for Flagship and Castle Club members: private docent tour, then a three-course chef dinner with house wine and beer — with the estate closed to the public, entirely yours.

Retreats, milestones & celebrations
Board retreats, anniversaries, and family reunions on the most storied grounds at Lake Tahoe. Site rental with referred caterers, planners, and transport partners.

Aboard the Thunderbird
